So, if building at thriving business is your goal, we've got things to talk about! Hey, friends, thank you for tuning in today. I am so, so grateful for my listeners. And I can't tell you how excited I am that you are here with me on this journey. About this podcast journey, for those of you who do not know, I was compelled to do this two years ago and just now doing it. God put it on my heart to reach out to business owners that are in need of encouragement and that want to put their focus on Him as they move forward in their business ventures.  I am just so grateful for the friends of mine who are listening in that are giving me feedback as to how this is helping them. And also you guys, for those of you who are out there that I've never met...who have stumbled across my podcast, it is that wonderful to hear that that you are launching out into need business ventures. It just feeds my soul because you guys are the reason that I'm doing this even if I never make a penny off of this podcast it is worth it. My "WHY" is so big, you know, we always hear Know your Why!  It's important because that's what keeps us moving forward. That's what allows us to climb over those hurdles to truly rejoice in our victories and to have purpose in what we're doing in our business. So, I just say thank you so much for your feedback. I appreciate that and I need it.  May you be encouraged through what God has to say today through this message, through this earthen vessel, Julianna Craft. One of the things I want to start with today is I want to start with some quotes from Jim Rohn,  an author and business professional.  The last name is spelled R-O-H-N. He was an entrepreneur that encouraged millions and millions of people as they went on their business journey. And he has just got so much insight. And I love his quotes, and so I'm gonna throw some of them out there at you today before we start discussing this Power of 3 topic. So, the first quote from Jim Rohn that I want to give you is this: "If you really want to do something, you will find a way. If you don't, you will find an excuse." Let's just chew on that one. All right. What do we really want to do? What is your why? What is it that you are running forward after? Okay. If you find yourself giving excuses for not doing things, maybe you need to reconsider. Maybe that's not something you need to be doing. Go after what you're passionate about and what you really want to do, because you will find a way to do it. Okay. Quote number two.  I've been mulling over it in my mind over and over and over this wee... it goes like this:  "Never wish life were easier. Wish that you were better." When you grab that one and shove it into your chest and just wrap your being around it, it will help you. And it will frustrate you because what it does is it removes excuses. I'm gonna say it again. "Never wish life were easier. Wish that you were better." Because in your business journey, you're gonna come against struggles. You're gonna come against obstacles that you think can never be removed. You know, How am I gonna get around this? Why did this fail? How am I going to come up with those assets? How am I going to do these things?  How am I gonna put this together? I don't know how to do it and on and on and on. But don't wish it were easier. Wish that you were better. Okay. My husband I love him to death. His name is Chris and his prayer for years has been." Lord, let me do better today than I did yesterday." Almost every prayer at any meal that's going to be in there somewhere. You know, thank you for the food, other things going on...But then it's followed up with Let me do better today than I did yesterday. So, those of you out there listening, who know him, who have eaten a meal with him, You have probably heard him say this prayer. It's simple, yet it's powerful. That's it. Our goal is to get better and better every day. Whether it's our character, whether it is our business skills, whatever it is in, like our parenting skills, may God allow us to get just a little bit better every day. And then you know...the power multiplication over the course of the year. If we get better every day at the end of the year, we've got some growth. All right, so chew on those two quotes this week from Jam Rohn.                                                                                                                                                                   Now the topic of today, The Power of Three. It was just what was on my heart this week. As I was praying about you guys and thinking about you. My goal with this podcast. Just so you know, is to release a new episode every other week. That's my goal for right now. If I can try to get two a month out there. I'm doing good.  With that said I hope that that helps you and encourages you as you are going forward in your business ventures, okay, as you set your goals and what you're trying to do. I will try to be accountable to you to throw something out there every other week.          Here we go. The power of three. A dear friend of mine introduced me to this idea of three in spiritual aspects years ago. And some of these ideas are simple. Those of you who have grown up in church have seen it. I'll start with the trinity. I mean, that's one of the first places we see the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. But as you understand more about the number three and how God uses that, it grows it. It's just so deep because three spiritually represents divine wholeness. It represents completeness and perfection. What you may not know is that in Jewish culture, when something is repeated three times, you know it's important. Hey, you better listen. If it said three times, you better listen. Hey, you better listen. If it said three times, it's very important.  One of the things that we can see is when Jesus went back to pray in the garden of Gethsemane he went back three times. He called out to Father three times. Another time that you may be more familiar with is  when Jesus repeats the phrase "feed my sheep" to Peter three times. So, what I want you to start doing is listening for threes. Um, because we have it in spiritually life. And we also have it in our daily life, which, you know, the two are not separate...They overlap. It's not like we can separate one from the other. But as you're thinking about this concept in your daily life think about this. How you teach your Children. You teach your Children their A B C's and their 123's. When you teach them to cross the road you give them a guide. It is. Stop, look and listen. So once you start opening your mind to three, you will start seeing it literally everywhere. We know that when a building is being built structurally, it is more sound if you use triangles, bridges, used triangles because of the strength of that shape. So, let's take that concept over into our business.  I want to share with you some ways that I used the power of three just this week. I had two decisions to make. One was not so heavily weighted. And the other one was the first one I wanted to choose a logo for a coffee mug. Okay, so being a woman, I like things that are more frilly and curvy and no more effeminate. But yet this coffee mug, I wanted it to be able to be carried by both my male and female clients. So I reached out and asked three men, what their opinion of the logo was I had several to choose from. And by doing that, I feel more confident in the logo I had chosen that both men and women would be delighted to receive this, you know, and walk around with it in their hand. So okay, maybe not a heavily weighted question, but something that's gonna impact the way that that gift is received. So the second decision was more important. Okay, more or let's say more heavily weighted.  I needed to ask a more experienced professionals how to architect a legally binding contract that I had never handled before. When I hear from three different professionals, yes, that's what you need to do. That wording is accurate that will allow you to achieve the goal that you're after. Then I can confidently move forward knowing that I have done my due diligence and that I can proceed. And so that's just this week. Okay, so just start looking for confirmation in threes that just one of the ways you can use the power of three. Okay, another way that I use it. Let's throw this one out there.  Sometimes there are important facts or important concepts that I need my clients to grab that they need to wrap your mind around.  I will present that information to them three different ways. So typically it begins with a verbal presentation. I will either meet with him face to face or I'll give them a phone call. Then I will included a printed documentation of what I've said. Either it could be through a text, but that way that can read it and they got it on their phone. They've got it in front of them, or it can be an email, and I typically use the method that they choose to communicate with me. Like if they typically text me. I will text the information. If they typically respond via email, I will email it. And then you can really solidify what you have said to them if you send them a flyer that has the information, or you can send them a link to a video that has the information, so be creative. You may need to communicate something three times in creative ways.  Make sure that your client or your customer receives what it is you're trying to tell them.                                                                                                                   I hope that this will help you this week if you've got a decision you're trying to make, or you've got something you're trying to communicate, that it will give you different tools that you may think about it just a little bit differently and that you will achieve what you are setting out to do.
